In the spring of 2025, Korea’s U-16 National Football Team received an invitation from the Bundesliga and set off for Germany. Over two intense weeks, the 23 young players trained alongside Bundesliga clubs and faced off against their youth squads — pushing through unfamiliar environments, language barriers, and the demands of elite-level competition. In the process, sixteen-year-old boys chasing their individual dreams grew into one united team.
Co-produced by Borderless Film and Seolseoul Film, this project brought together the Bundesliga and Coupang Play to capture every step of the journey. From the training grounds of Germany to the quiet moments between matches, the team documented the grit, growth, and spirit that define the next generation of Korean football.
